I work with leaders and founders to coach or mentor them towards achieving their goals, whether that is rapid growth, or work-life balance. Sometimes we need a critical friend, other times a sounding board, or someone who can share their experience.
Both within my own business and beyond, I have supported leaders on their business journeys for many years.

Board Adviser
I sit on company boards to support founders and leaders as they steer their business. Whether in times of challenge or of exciting growth, I serve to hold the leader accountable to the vision that they have shared with me.
Where additional support is needed, either for the founder or other senior leaders, I am happy to get involved in projects or support in any way I can.
