I work with organisations that are looking to improve their ways of working. This type of project is always tailored exactly to the business or organisation I’m working with. For example, the focus might be how teams are structured, or which systems are used and what can be streamlined.
Typically, an organisational development project will be divided into multiple phases:

Scoping Phase:
We look together to identify the areas for improvement and scope the parameters of the project, what you want to achieve from it and how we think we’ll work best together.

Discovery Phase:
I do a deeper dive to learn about how you work and why, what is going well, and where improvements can be made. This phase will also involve any specific research that would be helpful to delivering effective recommendations.

Recommendation Phase:
Having taken the time to look into how your organisation, systems, processes, teams and structures are working, in this phase I summarise my findings and make clear recommendations for options that could be implemented to achieve the goals you have set out.

Implementation Support Phase:
For some clients, the recommendation phase is enough. Others want me to support as they roll out the implementation of changes. This may be by coaching team members to take on the changes, run workshops to get wider team buy-in, or in some cases, actively implement them alongside you.
